Bank Payouts Take a Few Steps
A fiat payout runs through a short pipeline — creating accounts, converting USDC to USD, linking your bank, and creating the ACH transfer — before the money leaves for your bank. The app shows each step as it completes.

Normal Timing
Once the transfer is created, ACH typically takes 1–3 business days to land — and bank processing doesn't run on weekends or holidays. A status of pending within that window is expected.
Linking your bank
You link your bank partway through the flow via Plaid. If the checklist is paused on that step, complete the Plaid prompt to continue.
When It's Taking Longer
- Larger loans may pause for an extra compliance review (Enhanced Due Diligence) before the transfer clears.
- Weekends and bank holidays extend ACH timelines.
- Still pending after several business days? Email support@bitlendex.com and we'll trace it.
