Bitcoin deposits need network confirmations before they're credited — usually 1–3 confirmations, about 10–30 minutes. During busy periods it can take longer. The app keeps watching even if you close the tab.

Speed Up Detection
If you've already sent the BTC, you can paste your transaction hash to help Bitlendex find it faster, rather than waiting for automatic detection.
- Find the transaction in your sending wallet or exchange and copy its transaction ID (hash).
- On the deposit step, choose Enter tx hash and paste it in.
- Track its confirmations on mempool.space or any block explorer.
Still Not Showing?
- Confirm you sent to the right address — compare it character-for-character with the one shown for your loan.
- Confirm it was Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network — not another asset or network.
- Check it actually broadcast — the transaction should be visible on a block explorer.
Wrong asset or network?
If you may have sent the wrong asset or used the wrong network, stop and contact support@bitlendex.com with your transaction hash before sending anything else.
