Who Handles What
Bitlendex works with specialized providers for the sensitive parts of the flow, so your data is handled by services built for it:
- Privy — secures your sign-in and your embedded wallet.
- Persona — performs identity verification (your ID and selfie).
- Banking & bank-linking partners — process fiat payouts and connect your bank when you choose a bank payout.
How It's Protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Not shared with lenders — your identity documents stay with the verification provider.
- Used for the purpose collected — compliance, account security, and operating your loan.
Your Bitcoin collateral is secured separately, by a decentralized MPC network — not by these data providers.
Your Choices
You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data, subject to the legal records we're required to retain. Email support@bitlendex.com from your account email to make a request.
